How to use the Content Planner

The Content Planner is where you watch Autoblog run. After you create an Autoblog campaign, Junia researches topics, writes articles, and publishes them on a schedule. This calendar shows what is coming next and what is already live.

The easiest setup is Autoblog on Done For You. You do not need to fill the calendar yourself.

Open it from Content Planner in the sidebar, or go to Content Planner.

Autoblog and the planner are available on the Scale plan.

What you can do

• See upcoming and published articles by day
• Open an article to review it, cancel it, or continue in the editor
• Add new titles to an existing campaign
• Open campaign settings to change publishing and content preferences
• Jump from the calendar to your list of Autoblog campaigns

How the calendar works

1. Open the Content Planner.
2. Browse by month. Each day card lists the articles scheduled for that date.
3. Click a day to open the details for that date.
4. Click an article title to open it in the editor when it has been generated.

Each article has a status:

• Queued for Generation — Junia will write it on the scheduled date.
• Generating — The article is being written.
• Generated — The draft is ready to review.
• Scheduled for Publishing — It will publish to your connected site at the scheduled time.
• Published — It is live on your website.
• Failed to Generate or Failed to Publish — Open the article or campaign settings and try again, or contact support.
• Cancelled — The item will not generate or publish.

You can cancel an article that is still queued or scheduled. Generated and published articles stay in the calendar so you can open them later.

Add more content

On Scale, click Plan Content in the top right:

• Get ideas for my website — Start a new Autoblog campaign. This is the easiest option. Junia researches your site and fills the calendar.
• Add a content idea — Enter titles yourself if you already know what you want.

You can also explore a topic in Research and add those titles later. You do not need to do that first.

Manage campaigns

The calendar shows articles across your campaigns. To manage a campaign itself:

1. Open AutoBlog Campaigns.
2. Check progress, article count, and publishing frequency.
3. Open a campaign to see every item, change settings, pause, or delete it.

Campaign settings have three tabs:

• General — Campaign name and website URL.
• Publishing — Where articles go (drafts or a connected integration) and how often they publish.
• Content — Writing style, Brand Voice, Info Base, word count, and linking.

Tips

• Start with Autoblog on Done For You. That fills the calendar for you.
• Connect your website if you want Junia to publish automatically.
• Review generated drafts before they publish if you chose Save as Drafts.
• Use one campaign per website or content goal so settings stay easy to manage.
